Ticketack is my graduation project, developed with the THYLTECH team for ID INGENIERIE. It is an advanced AI-powered ticketing intelligence tool designed to empower support teams. Rather than just storing tickets, Ticketack acts as a smart assistant for solvers by leveraging a robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline to suggest instant, context-aware solutions. Key features include: - AI-Assisted Resolution (RAG): Automatically suggests solutions to support agents by instantly searching through a vectorized knowledge base. - Cognitive Extraction: Our ETL workers use automated OCR (via Unstructured) to extract text and data from any uploaded document (PDFs, images). - Semantic Search: We utilize BGE-M3 models to vectorize data and LanceDB to store it, enabling lightning-fast intent-based search—going far beyond simple keywords. - Real-time Processing: Asynchronous document processing powered by Redis ensures smooth and uninterrupted workflows. - Enterprise Storage: Secure and scalable object storage using S3-Compatible MinIO.

English Game Station is an interactive web platform designed to gamify classroom activities. Built with Vue.js, it features 4 distinct TV-show inspired game modes to challenge students on vocabulary, grammar, and general knowledge. Designed for full-screen projection, the platform includes immersive sound effects, smooth glassmorphism animations, and a global scoring system that persists across all games. Game Modes: - Family Feud: Two teams face off to guess the most popular answers to survey questions with flip-card animations and "Strike" buzzers. - Hot Seat: One student must guess a word described by their team within an intense 60-second countdown. - Motus (Lingo): A classic word-guessing game with color-coded feedback and virtual keyboard support. - Who Wants to Be a Millionaire: The ultimate quiz challenge to answer 15 increasingly difficult questions using the 3 classic lifelines. Developed for Centrale Lille IG2I & Thyltech.
